What is Whisper Mode?
We are a company specializing in e-commerce for two years in the clearance sale of clothing, footwear and accessories brands. We therefore offer you quality items at a discount so you can enjoy years of your purchases.
Why are your prices so low?
As a stocking store, we buy clothes, shoes and accessories brands from previous collections - more than 2 years - or the current collection. In addition, to ensure low prices on all our items, we buy in large quantities from carefully selected suppliers. Finally, having no rental shop, or intermediaries to resolve the savings are directly passed on to our selling price in order to guarantee you 40-70% on shop prices.
II - Our articles
How do I know if the item is the right size?
To choose your best size, we give you the measurements taken flat and we illustrate each section with different photographs. If you have any doubt about the size to choose, we recommend the site http://www.labonnetaille.com.
The items sold on your site are they new?
Yes, all our items are new. In Whisper Mode, you will not find used clothing, or clothing Supersaver or counterfeit.
The size that interests me is not available, do you stock?
Not all our articles are available online. In contrast, we propose new items several times a week. Please come back often or add us to your favorites.
III - Payment
How can I pay?
We accept payment by check payable to Whisper Mode, by bank transfer or Paypal.
How long will my order be validated?
Validation depends on the mode of payment. For Paypal, the agreement - or unwillingness - is usually given less than an hour after your purchase. By transfer, we must count from 1 to 3 days, according to agencies. By check, the deadline is one week for collection
IV - Shipping
How are my items are sent?
Items are sent colissimo to keep track of sending the order.
What are the deadlines?
A receipt and confirmation of your payment, we will send you your purchase within 48 hours (working days). For checks, it takes seven days, a period which corresponds to its collection.
V - Returns
The article does not suit me, can I return it?
If despite our best efforts, the purchase does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it. For that, thank you contact us murmure-de-mode@hotmail.fr indicating the returned item, your name, address and reason for return. Thus, we will process your return faster. On receipt of the article, you have a period of seven days to return. Shipping charges are your responsibility. Obviously, the article should not have been worn and will be returned in original packaging.
Once I returned item, what happens there?
If you have returned to respecting our terms of sale, we'll refund check. Please note we do not practice the trade. If you want to buy other items and you're waiting for a refund, the amount owed will not be deducted from the order.
